Payment & Refund Policy

This policy covers all Mana purchases and payment-related matters for the Domiron service.

Effective: January 1, 2025

1. Introduction

This document describes the payment policy, refund policy, and handling of digital content in the Domiron service. We recommend reading this document before making any purchase.

2. Mana — The Virtual Currency

Mana is the only digital item sold in the Domiron service. Mana is an in-game virtual currency that enables the use of special abilities and actions within the game only.

Mana is not money. It has no legal monetary value, cannot be converted into real currency in any form, and cannot be transferred between players. Purchasing Mana grants a limited, personal-use license only — not ownership.

Mana purchased is non-refundable after the purchase is completed, under any circumstance.

3. Payment Method

All purchases in the Domiron service are processed exclusively through PayPal. We do not accept direct credit card payments, bank transfers, or any other payment method.

Your credit card or PayPal account details are never transmitted to or stored by us at any stage. All payment details are handled directly by PayPal in accordance with their security policies.

All purchases are one-time payments only. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges.

4. No-Refund Policy

All Mana purchases are final and non-reversible. Once a purchase has been completed and payment confirmed through PayPal, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including: dissatisfaction with the service, discontinuation of use, changes to game features, or any other reason.

Mana is a digital product for which access is granted immediately upon purchase completion. Accordingly, there is no right to cancellation or return.

5. Account Suspension After Purchase

If your account is banned due to a violation of our Terms of Use, you are not entitled to any refund for Mana purchased, regardless of when the purchase was made. Account suspension for rule violations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The Domiron administration follows the enforcement process outlined in the Terms of Use — generally including a private warning before action is taken — but is not obligated to do so in cases of serious or repeated violations.

6. Technical Errors

If a purchase was made erroneously due to a verified technical failure on our part, you may contact the site administration to have the matter reviewed. Such a review does not constitute a commitment to issue a refund.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published.
