Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Domiron service ("the Service"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

These Terms apply to all actions you take on the website and in the game, including creating an account, using chat features, making purchases, and participating in gameplay.

Domiron is a browser-based multiplayer strategy game that operates in 90-day seasons. The Service is open to players of all ages and is primarily operated for users in Israel.

The Service is provided "as-is." We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Upon creating an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share, transfer, or allow any other party to use your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts created fraudulently or under false pretenses.

Each player may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same player is prohibited and may result in all accounts being banned.

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable law. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated tools or bots, software exploit abuse, identity misrepresentation, harassment, bullying, and any action that disrupts other players' experience.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site's systems, other users' accounts, or data that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited.

Mana is an in-game virtual currency used exclusively within Domiron. Purchasing Mana grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Mana for in-game actions and abilities only.

Mana is not legal tender. Mana cannot be converted into real money, transferred between players, or refunded under any circumstances after a purchase is completed. Players acquire no ownership rights over Mana, any virtual balance, or any other virtual asset in the Service.

All in-game content, including Mana and virtual assets, is an integral part of the Service and is not an independent asset purchased separately from the Domiron service.

The Domiron administration reserves the right to enforce these Terms at its sole discretion. In general, a first violation will result in a private warning. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent banning of the account.

Account banning due to a violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to any refund, including any Mana purchased. All Mana balances are forfeited upon account ban.

All decisions regarding suspension or banning are at the sole discretion of the Domiron administration.

We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, add to, or change any feature of the game, including game mechanics, ability values, and season conditions, without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of game data, Mana, or account performance.

Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
